市场（Marketplace）与开发者协议，驱动内部各部门及外部合作伙伴贡献技能（Skills）与组件，建立可持续发展的 AI 智能体生态。\n效果评估与治理： 构建科学的 Agent 评估体系（Eval），针对复杂业务流进行端到端的线上效果追踪、调优及成本控制。\n前瞻性研究： 紧跟 AutoGPT、Multi-Agent System (MAS) 等前沿趋势，将其转化为可落地的商业化产品方案，保持平台的行业领先性。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n任职要求\n行业背景： 3-5 年以上互联网产品经验，至少 1 年以上大模型（LLM）或 AI 相关产品实战经验。\n硬核能力： 深刻理解 LLM 原理、Prompt Engineering、RAG 架构及 Function Calling。有低代码平台、iPaaS 或复杂 B
