岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 承接集团安全和京东国际业务的安全要求，利用内外部安全能力，确保京东国际业务的信息安全、满足目标市场的合规和隐私策略，对国际业务的信息安全负责;
2. 与业务部门有效对接，识别国际业务的信息安全风险，根据业务和环境变化把握风险优先级，及时调整安全策略，推动安全方案落地，并控制风险;
3. 持续跟进安全流程、工具和服务等安全体系建设，不断优化各类信息安全指标，持续提高安全体系的运转效率和效果;
4. 识别分析安全需求，不断优化团队人才梯队，推动团队战斗力持续提升。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 8年以上国际互联网信息安全管理和实施经验，电商或云业务信息安全管理尤佳;
2. 建设过漏洞扫描、DLP、HIDS、WAF等一种或多种信息安全相关技术工具，熟悉渗透测试、数据安全、代码审计等一种或多种安全专业知识，熟悉GDPR等国际上的隐私合规要求;
3. 熟悉信息安全领域的发展趋势和最新理念与技术，并有落地经验;
4. 中英文均可作为工作语言;
5. 有信息安全团队管理经验;
6. 具有良好的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力，认真负责，有强烈的安全意识和owner意识，能够接受国内外较频繁出差。
