\n2.具备较强的 Python 编程能力，熟悉PyTorch、Transformers等主流深度学习框架; \n3.熟悉大语言模型基本原理及应用技术，包括 Prompt、SFT、RAG、Agent、Function Calling、MoE、模型蒸馏/量化 等; \n4.有较强的多轮对话、意图识别、文本分类、对话策略或Agent算法研发经验; \n5.具备较强的问题分析和算法优化能力，能够从真实业务数据中定位模型问题并形成可落地的优化方案;
