\n2. 拥有从0到1搭建业务运营系统的完整经验，负责系统架构拆分与核心代码落地，能处理复杂业务快速迭代下的系统稳定性问题; \n3. 熟悉AI在实际业务中的提效应用，具备数据分析、智能巡检或异常发现等智能化方案设计落地能力，能结合运营场景帮助业务节省人力提升效率; \n4.计算机相关专业本科或研究生毕业，5年以上Java后台研发经验，有大型电商互联网产品开发经验者优先; \n5.扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握Java基础技术体系（包括JVM、类装载机制、锁机制，多线程并发、IO、网络），能编写高质量简洁清晰的代码; \n6.掌握Spring、MyBatis、MySQL、Redis、ES、MQ等常用软件框架; \n7.熟悉网络编程，熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉缓存、消息等机制; \n8.掌握常用数据结构、常见设计模式，熟练掌握数据库技术原理、索引优化、分库分表技术; \n9.具有比较强的问题分析和处理能力，有比较优秀的动手能力，热爱技术，精益求精，具备较强的学习能力和责任心，能自我激励，善于沟通与团队协作;
