\n2. 8年以上IT运维、基础设施、服务管理相关经验，5年以上多门店/多站点/多区域运维管理经验; \n3. 有连锁零售、连锁医疗、餐饮、酒店、物流、直营网点等复杂线下场景经验者优先; \n4. 有从0到1或从1到N搭建IT服务台、工单体系、知识库体系、门店IT标准化体系经验; \n5. 熟悉网络、终端、打印、监控、弱电、账号权限、门店外设等常见基础设施场景; \n6. 熟悉IT服务管理方法，有SLA、事件管理、问题管理、变更管理实践经验;
