\n2.评测体系建设：建设金融领域评测 benchmark，覆盖金融常识（FinanceIQ、CFLUE 等公开评测集）、领域知识与下游业务任务（意图识别、合规检测、质检判别）多个维度，输出模型能力画像，支撑模型选型与上线决策; \n3.业务指标导向迭代：定位 badcase、分析错误分布、设计针对性训练策略，持续提升意图准确率、合规检测准确率、质检召回率 / 精准率等关键业务指标; \n4.推理效率优化：与推理部署团队协作，通过小尺寸模型替换、知识蒸馏、推测解码（Speculative Decoding）、量化等手段，在效果不降的前提下提升吞吐、降低推理成本，支撑日均数十万到百万级对话量的规模化处理; \n5.资产沉淀：沉淀训练与评测的标准化流程，把单场景建模经验转化为可复用的团队资产。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.专业背景：计算机、人工智能、自然语言处理等相关专业本科及以上学历。\n2.行业深耕：理解 NLP / 大模型算法经验，深入理解大模型预训练、指令微调（SFT）、偏好对齐（DPO/RLHF）的原理与常用做法，有面向业务场景做效果优化的完整经验。\n3.技术储备：熟练使用 Python 与 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架，能独立完成数据处理、训练脚本编写、多版本消融实验与结果分析; 熟悉常见评测指标与评测方法（准确率、F1、宏平均、混淆矩阵等）。\n4.工程落地：熟悉大规模训练与推理框架（Megatron、DeepSpeed、vLLM 等），具备分布式训练实战经验。\n5.软素质：具备优秀的问题抽象能力，能从业务现象中定义模型问题; 有跨团队协作与推动落地的能力。\n加分项\n1.有金融 / 合规领域模型训练经验（意图识别、合规检测、质检判别、内容生成润色等）; \n2.熟悉垂类模型落地全链路：指令数据构造、知识蒸馏、推测解码、量化、小模型替换大模型的推理优化实践;
