岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 设计大语言模型在智能交互与AI-Agent场景下的核心算法方案，支撑多轮对话与RAG应用实现;
2. 结合产品需求与业务目标，优化意图识别、槽位提取准确性及大模型生成内容质量;
3. 建立基于数据反馈的算法迭代机制，推动关键技术持续改进;
4. 聚焦大模型核心技术攻坚，提升智能交互体验与技术竞争力。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业（机器学习、NLP、大模型、语音交互等方向），有大厂工作经验优先;
2、具备扎实的代码研发能力和算法基础，熟练掌握Python语言、基本数据结构、Pytorch/Tensorflow等深度学习架构;
3、扎实的NLP理论基础，掌握文本预处理技术，理解NLP主要评估指标。深入理解文本分类、NER、语言模型（如BERT/GPT/LLaMa/Qwen/DeepSeek）等技术的原理，有丰富的算法调优、落地应用经验;
4、精通大模型应用算法，对LLM的持续训练、SFT、强化学习、检索增强（RAG）、AI-Agent等方向有扎实的一线实战经验;
5、具备创新思维，具备良好的沟通能力及交付能力。
