\n6. 熟悉企业级 RAG 检索增强生成系统的设计、开发、迭代落地，有完整 RAG 项目落地经验者优先。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业; \n2. 工作经验：具备3-5年Java后台开发经验。有保险行业系统研发经验，熟悉车险承保、批改、续保等核心业务模块开发者优先; \n3. 能力要求：Java基础扎实，熟悉Spring/SpringBoot框架，具备分布式、高可用架构设计与实践经验; 熟练使用MySQL、ES数据库，具备SQL性能调优能力; 掌握Linux常用命令，熟悉网络架构、负载均衡及K8s环境下的应用部署与维护; 熟练使用Redis、RocketMQ、Kafka等主流开源中间件，理解其底层原理; 熟悉保险行业数据流转逻辑，有车险承保相关接口开发与对接经验; 具备AI编程思维与工具应用能力，能运用AI技术赋能研发效率提升与业务优化; 熟悉RAG、主流向量库，具有企业级知识库和Agent开发能力;
