岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 负责新商家接入的API、OMS、WMS、TMS等系统对接需求分析，保障项目平稳落地;
2. 主导业务需求文档编写与评审，跟进研发测试全流程，确保系统建设匹配实际业务;
3. 设计跨系统对接方案，主导用户验收测试与问题闭环，保障多系统协同稳定运行;
4. 制定总部重点项目省区实施方案，组织业务培训与现场指导，跟踪异常并推动优化;
5. 调研外部系统与行业实践，提出本地化优化建议，推动系统能力迭代;
6. 通过数据分析识别一线作业痛点，形成改进方案并实施，提升系统使用体验。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 具备独立梳理业务需求并输出高质量需求文档的能力，确保系统建设与实际业务匹配;
2. 能够主导API、OMS、WMS、TMS等系统对接方案设计与用户验收验证，保障多系统协同稳定运行;
3. 能够分析一线作业痛点并通过数据推动系统优化，提升整体作业效率;
4. 结合外部系统实践提出可行的流程改进与系统升级方案;
5. 致力于通过系统迭代提升省区作业效率，将供应链数字化发展视为长期事业投入;
