\n2.具备LLM或VLM的预训练、后训练研发及迭代经验者优先; \n3.熟悉VLM领域的关键算法和模型架构，熟悉LLaVA/Qwen-VL/InternVL等基础VLM模型的架构设计和相关算法; \n4.具备视觉模型算法研发经验者优先，包括但不限于ViT/DINO/Diffusion/VAE等模型架构; \n5.具有一作顶会/顶刊论文发表经验者优先，包括但不限于CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ICML/NeurIPS/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP/CoRL/ICRA/RSS/IROS等;
