day-to-day support.\n\nRequirements: \n1-4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a systems technician role.\nHands-on experience with Windows PCs and laptops.\nExperience supporting AV and video conferencing equipment (meeting rooms, Zoom or Teams devices).\nExperience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android).\nBasic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi).\nBasic knowledge of Unix/Linux.\nStrong communication skills and a customer-first approach.\nIdentity and access tools such as Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, and MFA.\nMDM and endpoint tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Workspace ONE.\nmacOS support experience.\nITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.\nDevice imaging and new-hire onboarding.\nSkills\nAV Technician, Active
