# Systems Technician (Contracts)

Support day-to-day IT operations and project work across Windows PCs, AV and video conferencing devices, and mobile devices, keeping equipment and software downtime as low as possible. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and device issues quickly. Carry out hands-on repairs on IT equipment. Respond to support requests in person, over the phone, and through tickets. Support remote users and give clear technical advice and explanations. Help train users on technology and common issues. Support IT operations tasks and work with other IT teams and external vendors. Keep IT inventory up to date and report damaged or faulty equipment. Monitor company IT systems and make sure users follow IT policies. Contribute to IT projects alongside day-to-day support. Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a systems technician role. Hands-on experience with Windows PCs and laptops. Experience supporting AV and video conferencing equipment (meeting rooms, Zoom or Teams devices). Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android). Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi). Basic knowledge of Unix
