The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm's Windows infrastructure while working closely with other global teams in the Systems department. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical projects, setting realistic timelines and priorities, and owning complete project delivery. You will also engage in engineering project work and provide direction to enhance the overall configurability, observability, supportability, and reliability of the firm's technology environment. Furthermore, you will upgrade and/or redesign existing infrastructure to improve performance and stability. As a techno-functional leader, you will hire, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and technical rigour.\nRequirements:\nA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science and engineering or a related technical discipline, with at least 8 years of experience working on and managing Windows technologies.\nGood understanding of Windows fundamentals and extensive experience with more than one of the following technologies: Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD/Entra ID.
