You will occasionally dive into the frontend (React) to deliver complete features).\nWhat You Will Do:\nKey Technical Partner: Work in close partnership with the Principal and Software Architect to translate high-level architectural vision into production reality.\n\nArchitect Distributed Systems: Lead the design, planning, and implementation of highly complex, high-throughput distributed systems from the ground up, ensuring seamless data ingestion and inference across Edge, On-Prem, and Cloud layers.\n\nLead by Example in Code: Write extremely sharp, scalable, and maintainable code. You will set the engineering standards for the rest of the team using Node.js, Express, and NestJS.\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the software lifecycle-from architectural design and backend coding to automated deployment and production monitoring. Ensure the high availability and observability of our multi-tenant SaaS environment.\n\nBackend & Infrastructure Focus: Design and implement high-performance backend tasks, robust infrastructure, and high-throughput Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers utilizing both REST and gRPC protocols to process real-time sensor data and telemetry.\n\nRequirements:\nBackground: B.Sc. in Computer Science (from a leading university) OR Alumnus of an elite military technology unit.\n\nExperience Level: 7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years of hardcore backend development focusing on distributed systems.\n\nExpert Coder: You are still deeply hands-on and \"hot on code\".\n\nCore Backend Stack: Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (JS) and TypeScript (TS).
