Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day warehouse operations management: receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch, aligned with production and customer priorities.
- Assessment of current operations and developing a work plan to structure the warehouse: physical layout organization, improving inventory accuracy, and reliability.
- Authoring and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse stages, ensuring full day-to-day operational compliance.
- Improving inventory integrity: cycle counts, discrepancy analysis, root-cause resolution, and record adjustments in the ERP system (NetSuite).

- Close cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Planning, Production, Engineering, and Finance regarding material availability, shortages, and inventory reconciliations.
- Defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and submitting periodic reports to senior management.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations, data security, and control over sensitive inventory in accordance with organizational standards.
- Leading the two-phase transition of warehouse operations to a third-party logistics provider (3PL), followed by full operational ownership:
- Planning and executing the migration: preparing inventory (audits, data cleanup, labeling), establishing interface workflows and timelines, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of supply to production and customers.
- Vendor management: establishing operational requirements and SLAs, monitoring performance, conducting audits and cycle counts, and ongoing coordination.
- Ensuring accurate NetSuite inventory tracking across all physical locations throughout and following the transition.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a warehouse management role.
- Experience in a technology company - Mandatory.

Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
- Strong leadership and authoritative presence balanced with excellent interpersonal skills.
