We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!\nTasks and Responsibilities\nProvides day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations with compiling and entering time & attendance data, and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete time & attendance records, all in timely and accurate manner\nEnsures maintenance of all relevant HR related data is correct and complete\nEnsures compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies\nPerforms country specific Data consistency check\nRespects and follows the payroll calendar to prepare the necessary payroll inputs\nSupports NFCM and HR controls\nResolves time & attendance related queries and issues within the standard established time frames raised by various stakeholders, incl. associates \nEscalates requests and issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate escalation point of contact (i.e. IT / Time Services Unit Lead)\nCore T&A Technology Activities & BAU Tasks \nHighlights exceptions and deviations\nExtracts regular and ad hoc reports needed for payroll and other divisions upon request \nIdentifies and gathers system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinates with IT and/or global support team\nSupports the project team in defining the requirements, design & validating the system setup in compliance with local legislation and regulations\nEnsures all Times Services Delivery performance metrics and KPIs are met \nContributes to and supports projects in scope for People Services & Solutions \nPerform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager\nRequirements\nExperience in Time Services operation on a Time Solution platform or\n3+ years background in HR Services either in Payroll-Time or HR Technology as added plus\nExperience of working in project within a global organization \nExperience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus\nWD/SAP system knowledge is advantage\nVery good knowledge of German and English\nBenefits\n Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects\n Flexible working conditions\n Minimum 5 weeks of vacation\n Paid sick days\n Meal vouchers\n Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)\n Contributions to wellness programs (multisport card)\n Fishing for Friends program -
