We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!\nTasks and Responsibilities\nSource and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other relevant channels\nProactively search for candidates for IT and technical positions, including passive candidates\nReview CVs and online profiles and assess candidates against the requirements of each position\nConduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates’ experience, skills, and availability\nContact candidates directly and introduce relevant career opportunities in a professional manner\nBuild and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs\nWork closely with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions, priorities, and candidate requirements\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS\nMonitor the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and identify opportunities to improve results\nStay informed about relevant recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and developments in the talent market\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar position\nExperience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles is an advantage\nHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nProfessional and confident approach when contacting candidates\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively\nProactive approach with the ability to work independently\nStrong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with recruiters and colleagues\nFluent English;
