We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!\nResponsibilities:\n Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production \n Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment \n Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP) \n Perform: \n Incident resolution \n Root cause analysis (RCA) \n Change implementation (change control process) \n Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets \n Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment \n Act as interface between: \n Local lab/production users \n Global IT teams \n Vendors / equipment suppliers \n Support validation and compliance activities (where required) \n Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards\nRequirements\nOT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems) \nUnderstanding of GxP compliance \nExperience with validation / regulated environments \nStrong troubleshooting and vendor coordination \nKnowledge of integrated IT/OT systems\nIT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience \nFlexible and team oriented person\nExperienced working in multinational teams\nFluency in English and French (spoken and written)\nCandidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months\nBenefits\n Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects\n Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)\n Fishing for Friends program -
