We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!\nRole overview:\nProvide onsite support for OT and automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, communication modules, and related industrial control systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, system recovery, patching, backups, and compliant change execution in line with site QMS and GAMP 5 requirements.\nResponsibilities\nSupport OT systems, incidents, service requests, and change management activities\nTroubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issues\nWork with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5\nSupport Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructure\nSupport Beckhoff automation systems (optional)\nSupport DeltaV systems and automation components (optional)\nAnalyze PLC CPU and communication diagnostics\nResolve software, firmware, configuration, and communication issues\nPerform firmware, memory, and module health checks\nSupport OT patching, firmware upgrades, and software updates\nRestore system communication and perform recovery actions\nSupport PLC programming modifications and control logic adjustments\nConfigure and maintain HMI/SCADA applications\nParticipate in commissioning, FAT, SAT, and validation activities\nSupport automation projects, upgrades, and system integrations\nTrace I/O and field signals using E&I drawings and technical documentation\nPerform OT backups, restore procedures, and disaster recovery support\nMaintain validated system baselines and technical documentation\nExecute and document changes according to QMS/GAMP 5 procedures\nCoordinate with Engineering, Automation, IT, Production, Quality, OEMs, and vendors\nSupport OT cybersecurity, access control, and system hardening activities\nRequirements\nExperience with OT, industrial automation, or control systems environments\nStrong knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems\nHands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and Step 7\nExperience with Step 5, Beckhoff, or DeltaV is an advantage\nKnowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC, PI, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Profibus\nUnderstanding of PLC CPUs, I/O modules, firmware, and diagnostics\nExperience with OT patching, backups, restore procedures, and change control\nAbility to read E&I drawings, loop diagrams, I/O lists, and network diagrams\nExperience in GMP/GxP or validated environments\nUnderstanding of GAMP 5 and QMS processes\nFamiliarity with OT cybersecurity concepts\nStrong troubleshooting and documentation skills\nAbility to support production-critical systems onsite\nBenefits\n Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects\n Flexible working conditions\n Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)\n Fishing for Friends program -
