Discovery and Requirements\nActively participate in payroll discovery and requirements workshops.\nDocument current processes and translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements.\nMap end-to-end processes and perform fit-gap analysis, identifying risks, dependencies, controls, and solution options.\n2. Solution Design and Validation\nRepresent Payroll in solution-design discussions and confirm that proposed processes and configurations meet business and control requirements.\nSupport data mapping, migration, validation, reconciliations, and integration requirements across HR, time, benefits, Finance, and banking.\n3. Testing and Delivery\nDevelop and review test scenarios, expected results, and acceptance criteria.\nSupport system integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, payroll parallel runs, defect triage, retesting, and sign-off readiness.\n4.
