support complex transformation initiatives, strengthen program governance, and drive alignment across multiple strategic projects.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly structured, proactive professional with strong stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex transformation objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate strategic transformation initiatives, including M&A activities and integration-related projects.\nEstablish and maintain effective governance frameworks across programs, projects, and IT service delivery initiatives.\nDrive communication, collaboration, and alignment between program managers, service owners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.\nEnsure consistency in project management practices, including reporting, documentation, risk management, and milestone tracking.\nSupport the development and implementation of Product Ownership standards and capability delivery frameworks.\nProactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nExtensive experience in senior PMO, program management, or transformation management roles within complex international organizations.\nProven experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation initiatives, ideally involving M&A or post-merger integration.\nStrong understanding of program governance, IT service delivery frameworks, and project management methodologies.\nExperience establishing or improving PMO standards, reporting structures, governance processes, and delivery practices.\nGood understanding of Product Ownership principles, Agile methodologies, and capability delivery models.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, structured, and independent working style.\nExperience working in highly structured or quality-driven environments is considered an advantage.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nPMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/program management
