The role combines AI-assisted development, agent harness engineering, application security, Python development, MCP server design, and AWS cloud architecture.\nYou will use coding agents to move rapidly from requirements to working software while remaining accountable for architecture, security, quality, and production outcomes. Fast-paced delivery is expected without compromising reliability or engineering quality.\nTasks and Responsibilities\nDeliver secure, reliable software at a consistently fast pace using Claude Code.\nDevelop Python services, web applications, integrations, and developer tools.\nDesign MCP servers and agent workflows.\nBuild and tune custom AI harnesses for security scanning, including hardcoded secrets, SAST, and SCA.\nReview AI-generated code and validate agent outputs.\nDesign and operate secure AWS architecture and deployment workflows.\nRequirements\nStrong production experience with AI coding agents and harness engineering.\nExperience designing MCP servers, tools, and agent workflows.\nA security engineering or application security background is strongly preferred.\nProfessional Python development and automated testing experience.\nStrong cloud engineering and architecture experience, predominantly on AWS.\nStrong technical judgment, ownership, and communication skills.\nExperience building developer-facing CLI tools is an advantage.\nFluent English (oral and written)\nCandidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months\nBenefits\n Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects\n Flexible working conditions\n Minimum 5 weeks of vacation\n Paid sick days\n Meal vouchers\n Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)\n Contributions to wellness programs (multisport card)\n Fishing for Friends program -
