The role will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring and onboarding process.\nRole Objective\nTo support DQD Group’s growth and business objectives by attracting, selecting, and onboarding the right talent at the right time, while maintaining a professional, efficient, and consistent recruitment process across the Group.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Manage the full recruitment and selection process for DQD Group and its business units.\nWork closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.\nPrepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for vacant positions.\nDevelop appropriate recruitment strategies based on the requirements of each business unit.\nPost job vacancies through recruitment platforms, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nProactively source and identify qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.\nReview and screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.\nConduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\nMaintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nPrepare recruitment documents and support the offer and employment process.\nConduct reference checks where required.\nMaintain an updated candidate database and talent pool for DQD Group.\nCoordinate and support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.\nWork with HR and relevant departments to ensure a smooth employee joining experience.\nPrepare recruitment reports and provide updates on vacancies, hiring progress, and recruitment KPIs.\nMonitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance, and quality of candidates.\nMaintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.\nEnsure recruitment activities comply with DQD Group policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.\nSupport employer branding and recruitment campaigns to strengthen DQD Group’s position as an employer of choice.\nSupport other HR initiatives and projects assigned by management.\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Languages:\n\n English - Good is preferred\nKhmer - Good is preferred\n\n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\n\n Work History:\n\n Experience in recruitment or HR;
