We are committed to your professional growth, offering career development opportunities within one of the world's most respected food manufacturing organisations.\nAbout the role:\nWe are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Specialist to join our Training & Development team at the JBS Brooklyn Plant.\nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, capability development and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining learning resources, systems and processes that support employee development, compliance and operational excellence across the site.\nYou will work closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create engaging learning solutions, maintain training compliance and drive continuous improvement in our learning framework.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain Learning Plans, competency assessments, work instructions and training materials across operational and support functions.\nPartner with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to design effective, task-based learning solutions.\nCreate engaging learning content including e-learning modules, visual aids, assessments and training resources.\nManage document control processes, ensuring learning documentation remains current, compliant and audit-ready.\nMaintain training records and learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint.\nMonitor training compliance and provide regular reporting to leaders and key stakeholders.\nSupport the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the site's Task Specific Training Framework.\nReview and improve learning processes, systems and resources to enhance the employee learning experience.\nAssist with learning system administration, data management and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide support to the wider Training & Development team on site learning projects and workforce capability programs.\nAbout you:\nExperience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Instructional Design or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and training development methodologies.\nExperience developing training materials, assessments and learning documentation.\nExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong attention to detail and document management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\nProactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to work.\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).\nExperience within manufacturing,
