appropriate management approvals are in place.\nProcess new vendor, customer and material setup in SAP in a timely manner.\nMonitor and maintain interfaces between source systems and SAP (S4HANA)\nPlay a key role in system integration projects\nSupport data migration, mapping, and validation activities\nMaintain billing databases and collate expenses related to complex invoicing processes\nCollaborate with AP, AR & Corporate Accounting teams to resolve data-related issues and support continuous improvement\nUphold data governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and business rules\nLiaise with staff across the business in a professional and respectful manner\nParticipate in monthly vendor statement reconciliations\n About You:\nMotivated, analytical thinker and keen to contribute and refine processes\nKeen eye for detail, especially when working to strict timelines\nProven ability to work with minimal supervision, contributing to the continuing process review and refinement within a small team\nProficient in use of excel for database management and manipulation\nExperience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) is desirable\nPrevious experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables, preferably in a corporate environment,
