You will be involved in applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering techniques to solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges.\nThis role goes beyond model development. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and customers to translate real-world business and manufacturing requirements into practical AI solutions. You will also gain valuable exposure to client consultation, solution deployment, and international semiconductor manufacturing environments.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. AI/ML Solution DevelopmentDesign, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions to address real-world problems in semiconductor manufacturing.\nDevelop and optimize machine learning models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions for areas such as production optimization, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, and process improvement.\nExperiment with different AI/ML approaches and evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and robustness.\nTranslate business and manufacturing requirements into practical AI solutions.\n2. AI Product Development & IntegrationIntegrate AI/ML models into D-SIMLAB's existing software products and simulation platforms.\nDevelop AI-powered features and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance product functionality and user experience.\nWork closely with Software Engineers to design APIs, services, and software components required for AI model deployment.\nContribute to the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n3. Data Processing & AnalysisCollect, clean, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets generated from semiconductor manufacturing environments.\nIdentify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies in manufacturing data.\nDevelop efficient data pipelines and preprocessing workflows to support AI/ML applications.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability for model development and production use.\n4. Generative AI & Emerging TechnologiesExplore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, where relevant to business and customer needs.\nDevelop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to assess the practical application of new AI technologies.\nStay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and identify opportunities to enhance D-SIMLAB's products and solutions.\n5. Software Engineering & AI DeploymentDevelop and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance software components supporting AI applications.\nApply software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, debugging, code review, and CI/CD.\nDeploy AI/ML solutions in production and customer environments.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and optimize the performance and reliability of deployed AI solutions.\n6. Client Consultation & Project DeliveryWork directly with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements.\nProvide technical consultation on the application and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.\nSupport the deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of solutions at semiconductor manufacturing sites.\nCommunicate technical concepts and AI solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n7. Collaboration & InnovationCollaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Simulation Engineers, and domain experts in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.\nContribute ideas and technical solutions to improve existing products and develop new capabilities.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, product quality, and customer value through AI technologies.\nCandidate Requirements\nEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nDiploma holders with strong relevant experience in AI/ML or software development are also encouraged to apply.\nWork ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience applying AI/ML to real-world business or industrial problems is an advantage.\nExperience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial automation, or simulation domain is an advantage.\nTechnical SkillsStrong programming skills in Python and C#/.NET.\nGood knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and algorithms.\nStrong understanding of SQL, data processing, and data analysis.\nExperience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments is an advantage.\nExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents is a strong advantage.\nProblem-Solving & Analytical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility
