Summary :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Business/Migration Analyst to support BI migration initiatives by driving report rationalization, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and business acceptance.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Classify BI reports based on business relevance, usage, ownership, and other defined criteria.\n\n- Identify and document report owners and relevant business stakeholders.\n\n- Analyze the existing report landscape and identify opportunities for report retirement, consolidation, or rationalization.\n\n- Gather and document business and reporting requirements for migration activities.\n\n- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure business users validate migrated reports.\n\n- Maintain migration decisions and ensure documentation is accurate throughout the lifecycle.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI, or related roles.\n\n- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Experience working with BI reporting and analytics environments.\n\n- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nQualification :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nSkills\nBusiness
