The role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, supporting team collaboration, tracking delivery progress, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and predictable project delivery.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n\n- 8 - 10 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with strong experience as a Scrum Master.\n\n- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and methodologies.\n\n- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.\n\n- Strong experience in identifying and removing team impediments and blockers.\n\n- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.\n\n- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Experience tracking sprint progress, delivery commitments, and team performance.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.\n\n- Ability to coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills:\n\n- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise Agile projects.\n\n- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n\n- Experience working with multiple Scrum teams or in a scaled Agile environment.\n\n- Experience supporting Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.\n\n- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are conducted effectively and consistently.\n\n- Support the team in planning and delivering Sprint commitments.\n\n- Identify, track, and remove impediments that may affect team productivity or delivery.\n\n- Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Monitor sprint progress, identify delivery risks, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.\n\n- Promote effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.\n\n- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog readiness and prioritization.\n\n- Facilitate Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and ensure actionable improvement items are tracked.\n\n- Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics and team progress to relevant stakeholders.\n\n- Encourage continuous improvement in team processes, productivity, and delivery practices.\n\n- Support coordination across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project objectives.\n\nQualification:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n\n- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.\nSkills\nScrum, Project
