operation of quantum processors.\nBuild core platform infrastructure and backend services that enable reliable access to D-Wave's gate-model quantum computers.\nDevelop user-facing features and interfaces using modern front-end technologies.\nDesign and implement user interfaces using frameworks such as Vue.js or React.\nWrite clean, well-documented, maintainable code;\nParticipate in code reviews and help maintain high standards for software quality.\nTroubleshoot and debug technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.\nOptimize system performance and improve the overall user experience.\nWork across the full software stack on highly visible projects that support D-Wave's quantum computing products.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.\nContribute to automated, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.\nCollaborate effectively across a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.\n5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.\nStrong experience with Python.\nExperience with another high-level programming language such as Go, C++, or Java.\nProficiency with front-end technologies and modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React.\nCompetence with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.\nStrong knowledge of database systems and SQL;\nHands-on experience designing, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.\nExperience with Git version control, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of software testing principles, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nExperience developing and working with RESTful APIs.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to document and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.\nBenefits and Compensation:\nBase salary range of $125,000 to $187,000 USD per year for the New Haven location.\nCompensation may include company ownership,
