customer service, customer care or contact centre environments.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nExperience supporting UK, Australian or international customers.\nStrong telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail.\nA proactive, reliable and positive attitude.\nStable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.\nHighly Desirable\nExperience within ecommerce, retail or order fulfilment.\nExperience using CRM systems\nExperience handling high volumes of customer
