We build long-term partnerships with our customers and with each other by solving problems, taking pride in our work, and creating an environment where people enjoy what they do.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple facilities throughout the Bucks County area. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, functional, and operating at peak performance.\nThis role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong commercial HVAC experience, solid general maintenance capabilities, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. You will be a key contributor in minimizing downtime, supporting operations, and maintaining the professional appearance and safety of our facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units and building systems\nConduct building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and general repairs\nRespond to maintenance requests and facility issues in a timely, professional manner\nPerform inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations\nCoordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required\nMaintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codes\nSupport facility projects such as renovations, equipment installs, and seasonal preparations\nMaintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation\nTravel between locations as needed to support operational needs\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or commercial service work\nHands-on Commercial HVAC experience, including installation, maintenance, and repair\nStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical and building systems\nWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems\nAbility to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation\nFamiliarity with refrigeration cycles, pressure/temperature diagnostics, and system performance\nUnderstanding of applicable building, mechanical, and electrical codes\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time
