If you're a licensed Master Electrician with solid commercial or industrial experience and an interest in power systems, the company will invest in training you on the generator side. The license is the one thing that can't be flexed.\nWhat You'll Do\nHandle electrical installation, integration, and troubleshooting for generators, automatic transfer switches, and switchgear.\nLead system startups and commissioning, and walk customers through how their equipment operates.\nDiagnose and repair generator systems, including engines, alternators, and controls (training provided as needed).\nLead planned maintenance projects and make sure work meets OEM and company standards.\nMentor and support other technicians, and serve as the go-to resource on electrical questions.\nCoordinate with scheduling, dispatch, and parts to keep jobs moving.\nRepresent the company on site, building trust and repeat business with customers.\nEnforce OSHA and NFPA safety standards on every jobsite.\nRequirements\nRequired\nClass II (Unrestricted) Electrical Contractor License.\nSolid commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.\nValid driver's license, able to meet DOT requirements, and willing to travel regionally.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.\nPreferred\nExperience with generators, automatic transfer switches, or switchgear.\nBackground in standby or prime power, critical facilities, or mission-critical environments.\nExperience mentoring or leading other electricians or technicians.\nBenefits\nTop-of-market pay: $35 -
