In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, sourcing and ordering parts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring technicians have what they need to keep customer power systems online. You’ll play a key role in the backbone of service operations-ensuring customers and technicians experience seamless support every day.\nResponsibilities & Expectations\nAs a Parts and Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you will be accountable for parts management, vendor coordination, and warehouse operations to support efficient field service delivery.\nKey Duties\n· Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of generator parts, filters, fluids, and consumables; perform regular cycle counts.\n· Parts Ordering & Procurement: Source, order, and track parts from vendors; negotiate pricing and lead times to reduce downtime.\n· Warehouse Operations: Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval; maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.\n· Technician Support: Prepare and issue parts kits for scheduled planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.\n· Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure timely distribution to field teams.\n· Vendor Coordination: Develop strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure dependable part availability.\n· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of purchases, usage, and inventory adjustments in company systems.\n· Collaboration: Work closely with Service Manager, Dispatch, and Technicians to align inventory with service schedules.\nSafety & Compliance: Follow OSHA, NFPA, and company standards for safe handling of parts, chemicals, and equipment.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Competencies\n· 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or parts management (preferably in industrial service or power-generation industry).\n· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\n· Knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical parts preferred.\n· Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software.\n· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n· Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions.\n· Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed.\n· Ability to be certified/licensed to operate a forklift.\nBenefits\n100% Company Paid Health Care Plan \nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nTraining & Development\nCompensation: $50,000 -
