This is a dedicated full-time position supporting mortgage applications from initial submission through to settlement.\nThe successful candidate will play a critical role in managing loan files, collecting documentation, preparing submissions, maintaining application progress, and supporting client communications throughout the lending process.\nThis role is ideal for someone with proven Australian mortgage processing experience who can work independently, manage multiple applications simultaneously, and proactively keep\ndeals moving forward.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement\nCollect and follow up on outstanding client documents and supporting information\nPrepare and manage loan submissions using Finsure CRM\nProcess applications with lenders and mortgage managers, including manual lodgement processes where required\nMaintain accurate file notes, application records, and workflow tracking\nLiaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties via phone and email\nCoordinate closely with brokers to ensure applications progress efficiently\nMonitor application milestones and proactively follow up outstanding requirements\nEnsure all documentation meets lender, aggregator, and compliance requirements\nMaintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all files\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 2 years' experience in Australian mortgage broking support, loan processing, or mortgage administration\nStrong end-to-end loan processing experience (not solely general administration)\nPrevious experience using Finsure CRM\nSolid understanding of Australian home loan products, lending processes, and documentation requirements\nExperience managing multiple loan applications concurrently\nFamiliarity with Australian mortgage compliance standards and lender requirements\nComfortable working with both CRM-based and manual lender submission processes\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED):\nExperience supporting brokers within Australian aggregator environments\nExposure to commercial lending and asset finance/car loans\nExperience with non-standard lenders and manual application processes\nClient-facing phone support experience\nKnowledge of lender servicing calculators and policy assessment processes\nSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:\nExceptional attention to detail\nStrong organisational and time-management skills\nAbility to confidently follow up clients and stakeholders for missing information\nExcellent written and
