They operate within the recruitment and project management space, prioritizing long-term client relationships and data-driven hiring strategies.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs for the role, the Recruitment Consultant manages the full end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing and internal assessments to final placement and client coordination. The position requires a high-energy professional capable of hitting monthly placement targets while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nSOURCING AND INTERVIEWING\nSource candidates use various search methods (top 3-4 platforms used) to build a robust candidate pipeline\nPre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and through phone screening to assess their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes which best fit for partners/clients.\nConduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews\nPrepare profiles, resumes and correspondence to forward to clients regarding fit candidates and requesting references and checking the appropriateness of candidates\nManage the overall interview and selection process.\nPROJECT MANAGEMENT\nDefine job description and document specifications\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nMonitor projects once launched (job roles) and track progress until project completion\nCoordinate with Recruitment Managers for project updates and reports\nPrepare and submit project status reports to Recruitment Managers\nReport and escalate projects to Recruitment Managers as needed\nCANDIDATE MANAGEMENT\nKeep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings\nInform candidates about the results of their assessments/interviews\nCLIENT MANAGEMENT\nCommunicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals\nBuild rapport with the clients and develop long-term client relationships\nPresent shortlisted candidates to the clients\nMake arrangements/scheduling candidates with the client POC for Hiring manager’s interview\nClosely coordinate with partners/clients regarding status updates of the candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers\nINDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE\nStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.\nDevelop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.\nOTHERS\nPerform other duties as assigned or needed.\nRequirements\nMust have 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience\nMust have client-facing experience as a recruiter\nAble to place at least 4-5 candidates in a month (minimum)\nWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods\nFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues\nComputer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent)\nWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and CRM tools\nExperience in Client Management\nSuccessful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\nDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nComfortable making decisions independently\nMaintain a safe and healthy work
