You'll report to the branch manager, with regional support from an area sales manager.\nOpen Territories\nWest / Northwest Fort Worth:\nNorth Fort Worth:\nNortheast Dallas\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect contractors, developers, and commercial and industrial customers across your territory\nSell rental contracts across the company's general rental fleet and grow utilization at your branch\nTrack new development and job sites in your territory and get in front of projects early\nBuild long-term customer relationships and grow share of wallet with existing accounts\nPartner with branch operations and service to deliver a strong customer experience\nRequirements\nExperience selling in the equipment rental space is strongly preferred. Adjacent specialty rental backgrounds, such as fluid solutions, trenching and shoring, and HVAC or climate-control rental, translate well.\nRental-industry professionals ready to move into outside sales, including rental coordinators, dispatchers, inside sales reps, and technicians with prior sales exposure, are encouraged to apply\nA hunter mentality and a track record of developing a territory and cadence of calling on customers\nA competitive, self-directed approach to managing your own book of business\nA valid driver's license\nBenefits\nBase salary: $36,000\nCommission: on rental revenue, with reps expected to reach six-figure total earnings in year one. Top reps earn as much as $10,000 per month in commission.\nCommission guarantee: available to qualified candidates for three to six months and paid in your biweekly paycheck.
