You will collaborate closely with managers, supervisors, and employees to foster a culture of safety within the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive safety program, including policies, procedures, and training sessions.\nConduct regular safety audits and inspections at job sites, identifying hazards and implementing corrective measures.\nLead safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.\nInvestigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and suggesting improvements to prevent recurrence.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards.\nWork with the management team to set safety goals and evaluate safety performance metrics.\nAct as a safety consultant to project teams, providing expert advice on safety-related matters.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.\n5+ years of experience in safety management or a related field.\nCertified Safety Professional (CSP) or relevant safety certification is preferred.\nExperience with NFPA 70E Electrical Training\nStrong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and industrial environments.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and training skills.\nDemonstrated
