This is mission-critical work - you'll be helping teams across multiple security domains deploy applications and data services on a modern, cloud-native platform.\nIf you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, working across teams, and making a tangible difference in national security, this role is a great fit.\nWhat You'll Do\n Operate and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple security domains - both in the cloud and on-premises (vSphere)\nSupport key OpenShift frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, and Red Hat GitOps\nDeploy OpenShift to new sites as the platform expands\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to understand integration needs and scale the platform accordingly\nPartner with Security teams to ensure compliance and build secure-by-design solutions\nManage data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and the Elastic Stack\nWrite clear, thorough documentation to support teammates and future maintainers\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\n5-8 years of developer or platform engineering experience\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nDoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (one of the following): Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA\nNice to Have (but not all required - bring what you have!):\nHands-on experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift in cloud or vSphere environments\nFamiliarity with AWS\nScripting skills in Python or Shell, and comfort with Git\nExperience with Linux (RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS)\nCI/CD experience using GitLab CI or Jenkins\nKnowledge of container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader CNCF ecosystem\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nWork on meaningful, high-impact missions that matter at a national level\nJoin a team that values autonomy and trust - you'll own your work\nGrow your skills in a modern cloud-native environment\nBe part of an Agile team that moves fast and collaborates openly\nReady to Apply?\nIf you meet most of the qualifications and are excited about the work, we encourage you to apply.
