This role ensures that the organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events, minimizing the impact on operations, and assets. He/she is responsible for the implementation of the BCPs, procedures, and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analysis and documentation in line with IT policy and procedures and in a manner that provides effective continuity or restoration of D360’s infrastructure and systems for business.\n Support on defining, approving, implementing, and maintaining BCP to be ready for use during disruptive incidents, to continue delivering its important and urgent activities, at an acceptable pre-defined level.\nSupport on defining, approving, and implementing procedures for responding to disruptive incidents.\nSupport measuring and evaluating effectiveness of the BCPs periodically \nMaintain and keep the BCPs and arrangements up-to-date\nImplement, monitor, and report on the D360 business continuity framework\nImplement business systems and data backup and recovery schedules, plans, tests, and actions in line with the company’s policy \nImplement continuity and recovery plans for physical locations with critical assets including primary and recovery sites. \nSupport on Test documented continuity and recovery strategies and plans in line with the policy\nReport on the D360 business continuity plans, tests, initiatives, and actions in line with its policy.\nEnsure compliance to the Bank policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and guidelines\nEnforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.\n Preferred Qualifications\nA tertiary-level qualification from a recognized institution \nYears & Nature of Experience\nRecommended to be 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain\nIf with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently \nExperience in Disaster recovery planning and Business Continuity planning \nTechnical Competencies\nProject Management \nBusiness Risk Assessment\nCrisis management\nBehavioral Competencies\nProactive and self-directed\nExcellent communication skills\nIntegrity and
