performance, stability and uptime\nAutomate the environment and test new technology fads\nArchitect, implement, maintain and monitor our rapidly growing US production environment\nManage applications in production, and monitor their behavior\nAddress potential failures and bottlenecks to proactively prevent obstacles\nRequirements:\nExperience managing mission-critical infrastructure and software support (in a trading environment is a plus)\nIntimate knowledge of networking, hardware and OSs (Windows, Linux)\nFamiliar with tooling and best practices regarding change, life cycle and incident management, as well as health and performance monitoring of production systems\nProficient with scripting (e.g., bash, python)\nQuick at analyzing issues and uncovering their root causes\nEager to learn and understand all aspects of the trading environment\nAbility to spot inefficiencies and proactive in optimizing systems\nStrong communications skills, including the ability to effectively
