The Accounts Payable Associate will support the Finance team with the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related accounting records; across multiple global entities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized A/P records, resolving vendor and invoice discrepancies, communicating and collaborating with internal teams and assisting with month-end activities. This role is designed for someone beginning an accounting career and offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nReceive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the ERP\nVerify invoice details, approvals, pricing, quantities, and applicable taxes.\nProcess credit card expense reports and credit card transactions as required.\nPrepare vendor payments and assist with payment runs.\nMaintain accurate vendor files and update vendor information when authorized.\nRespond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account balances.\nReconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.\nAssist with month-end and year-end accounts payable activities.\nMaintain organized electronic and physical accounting records.\nEnsure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and internal controls.\nAssist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required.\nPerform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring\nDiploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum 1-2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience is an asset.\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and A/P processes.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills\nExperience with accounting or ERP software is an asset.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nProfessional approach when communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Get\nProfessional Growth: Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tools in the digital performance marketing industry.\nCollaborative Culture: Be part of a global organization that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.\nCompetitive Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.\nGenerous PTO, wellness initiatives and parental leave.\nRetirement saving plans.\nOpportunities for continued learning and professional development.\nA supportive, collaborative, and casual work environment.\n\nHow We Work\nThis role requires three in-office days per week. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000-$65,000.
