The role is accountable for managing staffing throughout DACs Global offices, leading strategic searches, and all hiring systems and processes for DAC.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers\nSource, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms\nUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with qualified candidates\nOversees all internal and external talent attraction platforms, including the company’s career site, job boards, digital/social assets, etc.\nManage hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding\nOversee talent attraction platforms and build talent pipelines\nTrack key hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data for improvements\nPartner with leadership to align staffing needs with business goals\nBuild relationships with colleges and universities for talent acquisition\nTrain hiring managers on effective recruitment practices for DAC\nOversee and internally promote DAC’s internship program\nWork towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures within Talent Acquisition\nSupport People & Culture initiatives and projects as needed\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum of 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience and progressive leadership experience\nIn-depth experience sourcing active and passive candidates including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, search engines and job boards\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field\nKnowledge of relevant employment laws within jurisdictions DAC operates\nExcellent oral, written and formal presentation skills\nDigital marketing agency experience an asset\nAbility to build strong relationships at all levels and alignment to business priorities\nInnovative, organized and results oriented\nSkillful communicator who delivers clear and effective verbal and written messages\nAbility to learn, administer, and train others on Applicant Tracking System technology\nProficient with Microsoft Office suite\nWhat You’ll Get\nProfessional Growth: Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tools in the performance marketing industry.\nCollaborative Culture: Be part of a global organization that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.\nCompetitive Benefits:\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.\nGenerous PTO, wellness initiatives and parental leave.\nRetirement saving plans.\nOpportunities for continued learning and professional development.\nA supportive, collaborative, and casual work environment.\nHow We Work\nThis role three days in-office per week. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
