Powered by AI, data, and creative ingenuity, we deliver integrated campaigns that engage customers at every touchpoint-from global audiences to individual store locations.\nPosition Summary\nThe Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing the company’s global liquidity, and banking relationships across North America and Europe.\nThe role combines hands-on treasury operations with strong ownership of cash flow management, internal controls, and audit support.\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong collaboration, process and controls mindset, and the ability to balance execution with documentation, governance, and continuous process improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nCash & Liquidity Management\nManage daily global cash positioning and liquidity across the organization\nPrepare and maintain cash flow forecasting; analyze variances and document assumptions and key drivers.\nSupport intercompany funding, cash repatriation, and liquidity optimization while ensuring compliance with bank and internal control requirements.\nBanking & Treasury Operations\nMaintain and administer global bank account structures, signatories, and electronic banking access in accordance with access and authorization controls.\nExecute and review treasury transactions (payments, intercompany settlements, FX settlements) following segregation of duties and approval matrices.\nFacilitate and manage company credit cards; card holders, balances, ongoing reconciliation\nPerform periodic bank fee reviews and support banking rationalization initiatives.\nForeign Exchange & Financial Risk\nMonitor FX exposures and execute hedging transactions in accordance with company policy and documented controls.\nMaintain hedge documentation, confirmations, and support hedge effectiveness testing in coordination with Accounting.\nEnsure completeness and accuracy of treasury data supporting FX and financial risk reporting.\nInternal Controls\nOwn and execute key controls related to treasury processes, including cash management, payments, bank access, FX trading, and intercompany funding.\nSupport external audits by providing timely, well-documented evidence and responding to audit inquiries.\nIdentify control gaps or inefficiencies and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong control environment.\nDebt, Guarantees & Compliance\nSupport administration of debt facilities, covenant compliance, guarantees, and letters of credit.\nAssist with treasury-related regulatory and compliance requirements across North America and Europe.\nEnsure treasury activities adhere to internal policies, delegated authorities, and governance standards.\nSystems, Reporting & Process Improvement\nAct as a key user for the banking and credit card platforms\nPrepare recurring treasury reporting for management, including cash flow.\nDrive automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual risk, and strengthen controls.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Senior Leadership, Finance and FPMs, to ensure alignment between treasury activity, accounting treatment, and controls.\nSupport month-end and quarter-end close processes, particularly around cash, FX, and debt-related entries.\nContribute to treasury transformation, policy updates, and global standardization initiatives.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\n3-5 years of corporate treasury experience in a multinational organization.\nStrong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, FX markets, and treasury processes across North America and Europe.\nHands-on experience supporting audits and control assessments.\nAdvanced Excel skills; strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working across time zones and cultures.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\nProfessional designation such as CTP, CPA, or CFA.\nExposure to process automation, treasury transformation, or system implementations.\nWhat You’ll Get\nProfessional Growth: Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tools in the digital performance marketing industry.\nCollaborative Culture: Be part of a global organization that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.\nCompetitive Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.\nGenerous PTO, wellness initiatives and parental leave.\nRetirement saving plans.\nOpportunities for continued learning and professional development.\nA supportive, collaborative, and casual work environment.\n\nHow We Work\nThis role requires three in-office days per week.\nThis description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this position.
