Aufgaben

  • Anlage und Pflege von Mitarbeiter-Stammdaten
  • Erstellung und Pflege abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
  • Termingerechte Durchführung von Entgeltabrechnungen
  • Erteilen von Auskünften und Mitarbeitendenbetreuung in allgemeinen Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung
  • Führen von Personalakten sowie Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Erstellung von Schriftverkehr, Bescheinigungen etc.

Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Umfassende Anwenderkenntnisse mit SAP HCM von Vorteil
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office-Paket)
  • Dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
