You will be the expert participating in our projects and will have access to disruptive startups and global brands.\nInterested?\nWe are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the development and evolution of a web platform, working hands-on across both frontend and backend.\nThe immediate focus of this role is full stack web development, primarily using TypeScript, React, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS within a Docker-containerized three-tier architecture.\nWe are looking for an experienced engineer who has built end-to-end web applications and can work autonomously, solve technical problems across different layers of the application, and contribute to implementation and architecture decisions when needed.\nIn the future, the product is expected to incorporate capabilities related to Web3/Blockchain and, later, Artificial Intelligence integrations. Experience or interest in these areas is valued but not required for this position.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain full stack features using TypeScript.\nBuild frontend interfaces and reusable components with React.\nDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.\nWork with PostgreSQL for data persistence, queries, and data management.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of a three-tier application architecture.\nWork with containerized applications using Docker.\nDevelop and operate solutions within an AWS environment.\nIdentify and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, and application integrations.\nParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions when required.\nCollaborate with the team responsible for CI/CD and infrastructure, contributing to troubleshooting and improvements when needed.\nConduct code reviews and promote development best practices, code quality, and maintainability.\nCollaborate effectively with a distributed team across Mexico and the United States.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend development.\nStrong practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.\nSolid experience building modern web applications with React.\nExperience developing backend services and APIs with Node.js, ideally using Express.\nExperience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.\nHands-on experience with applications or services deployed on AWS.\nPractical experience with Docker and containerized applications.\nAbility to work autonomously and troubleshoot problems across different layers of an application.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical challenges.\nAdvanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in the United States.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Drizzle ORM or other ORMs within the TypeScript ecosystem.\nExperience with Tailwind CSS and/or Radix UI.\nPractical knowledge of CI/CD, deployments, and pipeline troubleshooting.\nExperience contributing to software architecture and technical design decisions.\nExperience with Redis.\nKnowledge or previous experience with Web3, Blockchain, or Solana.\nExposure to AI-powered integrations or solutions.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBeyond the technology stack, we are looking for a hands-on, cross-functional engineer who understands how the different layers of an application interact and can take ownership of features from implementation through successful integration.\nYou do not need to be a DevOps, architecture, Blockchain, or AI specialist.
