Support early recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, conducting phone screenings, and following up throughout the hiring process. Assist in HR induction sessions and provide feedback when required. Manage hiring documentation, candidate filing, and tracking systems. Maintain employee paperwork and ensure organized record-keeping for both Talent and Operations HR teams. Enter and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent Command of English language. HR Certificate is a must. 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
