We can’t wait to have you join our team!\nThe Role:\nYou will primarily work closely with the digital marketing team to concept, execute, manage and prioritize creative campaigns.\n\nThese projects will include email campaigns, ad creative, store signage, ecommerce design, general marketing assets, OOH, ads, etc.\n\nYou will also work very closely with our creative director and lead designer to help grow and develop our brand strategy in alignment with marketing initiatives.\n\nYou will work closely with our advertising partners and will be expected to have a high level of project management and communication skills.\n\nYou are expected to take the lead on your own projects and communicate to the larger team your collaboration, planning and results during the process of your projects.\n\nWe’re looking for someone who’s excited to evolve the Dagne brand creative, including contributing to brand strategy concepting, visual storytelling, and messaging.\n\n You:\nYou are scrappy, know how to make things happen, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty\n\nYou’re curious and actively aware of the latest trends in fashion, design, tech, culture, brands and art\n\nYou are a good collaborator - enjoy working with a team, are respectful and considerate of other people’s opinions, but also not afraid to contribute\n\nIdeally you have 4 - 6 years of relevant experience\n\nYou’re proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc\n\nVIdeo editing is a plus!\n\nThe expected starting salary range is $75,000-$80,000.\nWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
