This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of avionics systems on our aircraft.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):\nInstall, inspect, test, and repair avionics systems including communication, navigation, radar, autopilot, and flight control systems.\nRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.\nPerform functional checks and troubleshooting of avionics components and systems.\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper integration of avionics systems.\nDocument work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.\nAssist in the development and improvement of avionics installation processes.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nPosition Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in avionics or electronics preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in avionics installation or maintenance (or equivalent military experience).\nFamiliarity with FAA regulations and standards (Part 23 or Part 91/135 environments).\nAbility to use hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Garmin avionics systems.\nPrevious work on Kodiak aircraft or similar turboprop platforms.\nA&P or FCC license is a plus.\nKnowledge of the G1000 Avionics suite is a plus\nWhat are we looking for:\nWe’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality.
