Teams based in Fort Lauderdale collaborate across functions and regions to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and enable workforce strategy, financial governance, systems support, supplier management, and customer and business development initiatives across North America.\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to join our team and support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of internal business applications and databases within our SAP S/4HANA 2022 and SAP ECC 6.0 environments. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, leveraging deep functional expertise in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) to deliver scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business performance.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong SAP FI/CO configuration experience, a solid understanding of accounting and financial processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. This individual will be responsible for business process analysis, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing support of business-critical applications.\nKey Requirements\nProvide SAP FI/CO functional expertise for implementation projects, system enhancements, and production support activities.\nAnalyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology solutions.\nFacilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business users and functional teams.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards.\nConfigure, test, document, deploy, and support SAP FI/CO functionality and related business applications.\nDesign and support integrations between Finance and other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Systems (PS), and Sales processes.\nDevelop functional specifications and partner with technical teams to support interfaces, reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.\nPerform system configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of critical business applications.\nLead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, configuration documentation, training materials, and business process flow diagrams.\nDeliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to support user adoption and operational efficiency.\nSupport cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation hypercare support.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability, stability, and business continuity.\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and global business stakeholders.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, SAP upgrades, and future S/4HANA roadmap activities.\nTravel domestically and internationally as business needs require.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC 6.0 Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) experience.\nStrong accounting and financial acumen with the ability to understand journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial statement impacts.\nExperience working directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-wide SAP solutions.\nExperience creating functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams on solution design, development, testing, and deployment.\nHands-on configuration experience in: FI-General Ledger (FI-GL/New GL)Accounts Payable (FI-AP)Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)Asset Accounting (FI-AA)\nStrong knowledge of financial business processes including: General LedgerPurchasing and ProcurementAccounts PayableAsset AccountingTax and Withholding TaxTreasuryIntercompany AccountingCost Center AccountingOverhead ManagementFinancial Reporting\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global team environments.\nStrong interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaboration and customer service.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.\nKnowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS).\nExperience with Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling.\nExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.\nSAP certification in FI/CO or related areas is a plus.\nEligibility Requirements\nMust be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) when required by project, regulatory, export control, aerospace, defense, or customer requirements. \nInformation related to the position:\nThe compensation range is $120,000 to $140,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus. \nThe above salary range represents a general guideline;
