Teams based in Fort Lauderdale collaborate across functions and regions to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and enable workforce strategy, financial governance, systems support, supplier management, and customer and business development initiatives across North America.\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to participate in the design, development, implementation, and support of business applications within SAP S/4HANA 2022 and SAP ECC 6.0 environments. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, recommend scalable solutions, configure SAP processes, provide end-user training, and support day-to-day operations across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management functions.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD, MM, and WM, along with a passion for process improvement, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality business solutions in a manufacturing or distribution environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Solution Design\nFacilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards.\nEvaluate current business processes and recommend system improvements and optimization opportunities.\nServe as a trusted advisor to business users regarding SAP capabilities and process enhancements.\nSAP Configuration & Functional Support\nConfigure and support SAP MM processes including:Procurement Purchasing Inventory Management Goods Receipts Stock Transfers Invoice Verification\nConfigure and support SAP WM processes including:Inbound Receiving Put-Away Replenishment Picking Packing Staging Shipping Physical Inventory Management\nConfigure and support SAP SD processes including:Sales Order Processing Logistics Execution Delivery Processing Billing and Invoicing\nSupport RF/mobile-enabled warehouse operations where applicable.\nIntegration & Technical Collaboration\nSupport integration between SAP and external systems using:IDocs EDI RFCs Middleware platforms (SAP PI/PO or equivalent)\nDevelop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to support:Interfaces Reports Enhancements Forms Workflow solutions\nTesting, Training & Deployment\nLead and support:System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Defect resolution activities\nCreate and maintain:Process documentation Configuration documentation Training materials Business process flow diagrams\nDeliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.\nSupport cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.\nOngoing Support\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system stability and business continuity.\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a global environment.\nTravel domestically and internationally as business needs require.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong focus on SAP SD, MM, and WM within SAP ECC 6.0 or higher.\nHands-on experience designing and configuring solutions supporting:Order-to-Cash (OTC) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Inventory Management Warehouse Management\nStrong understanding of inventory processes including:Goods Receipt Goods Issue Stock Transfers Inventory Adjustments Stock Reconciliation\nFunctional expertise in Warehouse Management processes and integration with SD and Inventory Management.\nExperience integrating SAP with Production Planning and third-party MES systems.\nGood understanding of MRP strategies and availability checking.\nExperience collaborating with technical teams on solution design, testing, and deployment.\nProven ability to work directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-wide solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA 2022 implementations or migrations.\nSAP GTS experience.\nManufacturing, aerospace, defense, or distribution industry experience.\nExperience supporting global SAP environments.\nWork Authorization Requirement\nThis position may support projects subject to government, regulatory, export control, aerospace, defense, or customer requirements.
